PVA ADHESIVE & SEALER 5L

Bond It BDAC5 Contractors Grade PVA Adhesive & Sealer (5 Litre) is a high-quality, multi-purpose white liquid bonding agent, primer, and sealer engineered for professional construction and DIY projects. This phthalate-free formulation possesses a density of approximately 1.04 g/cm³ and a pH of 6–7, ensuring a strong bond strength and long-lasting performance for both interior and exterior use, provided it is not applied to permanently damp areas or exposed to temperatures below +5°C. When applied evenly using a brush or roller, this quick-drying solution significantly improves the adhesion, durability, and workability of plaster, cement, render, and mortar mixes. It also acts as an exceptionally effective primer and dustproofer, reducing porosity and dusting on porous surfaces like brickwork, concrete, and existing plaster.

For versatile project requirements, the product can be adapted through three specific application methods. As a primer and sealer, it should be diluted at a ratio of one part PVA to two parts water and spread evenly across the surface. To use it strictly as a bonding agent, apply it undiluted directly to a tacky primed surface before laying down new plaster or render. Additionally, it can serve as an admixture by replacing a portion of the standard mixing water with the PVA solution to enhance overall flexibility and adhesion. Beyond heavy construction applications, its high bond strength makes it an excellent choice for general-purpose woodworking and paper adhesive needs. Each package contains one 5-litre bottle of the compound.
